Arrive AI Secures $40 Million Capital Infusion via Streeterville Capital

Funding will be used for production and company growth in the US and abroad

INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA / ACCESS Newswire / May 22, 2025 / Arrive AI (NASDAQ:ARAI), an autonomous delivery network anchored by patented AI-powered Arrive Points™, today announced that it has secured financial backing of up to $40 million from Streeterville Capital, LLC. Access to the capital coincided with Arrive AI’s public debut on Nasdaq on May15, 2025.

“This significant capital injection is one of the reasons we went to the public markets,” said Arrive AI CEO Dan O’Toole. “We celebrate the forward thinking Streeterville is leading with in their major commitment to our vision.”

Streeterville Capital is an investment firm with operations in Utah and Tennessee with investments in companies including Cingulate, the Marygold Companies and Damon Inc. Streeterville Capital President John Fife said he is intrigued with the vast potential of Arrive AI’s solution for package delivery issues like security and efficiency, and the cost savings that can be gleaned.

“This is an exciting answer to problems that are plaguing every industry. Dan and his crew really saw the future coming and worked quickly to meet needs that are starting to be seen around the world,” Fife said. “We’re excited to see how this plays out and are clearly bullish about Arrive AI.”

In 2014, O’Toole filed for his first patent for his concept of an AI-powered, smart mailbox capable of securely accepting packages delivered autonomously, beating similar filings from other potential competitors. Since then, he has built a global team, made multiple iterations and acquired complementary technology to refine the devices now known as “Arrive Points.” The company, which has amassed nearly 5,000 private investors and raised nearly $12 million, has largely generated capital via crowdsourcing. Now that Arrive AI is public a new chapter has begun.

  • Arrive AI Inks Deal with Go2 Delivery Setting the Stage for Secure Medication Delivery in Virginia

Arrive AI Inks Deal with Go2 Delivery Setting the Stage for Secure Medication Delivery in Virginia

Arrive AI technology poised to bring autonomous delivery to Hampton Roads, Richmond and Norfolk ahead of other locations

INDIANAPOLIS, IN / ACCESS Newswire / May 20, 2025 / Arrive AI (NASDAQ:ARAI), an autonomous delivery network anchored by patented AI-powered Arrive Points™, announced today that it is partnering with Go2 Delivery, a Virginia-based carbon-free courier company committed to sustainable practices and the restoration of the local Chesapeake Bay ecosystem, to autonomously deliver specialty pharmacy products using Arrive AI technology.

Go2 Delivery makes pharmacy-related, same-day courier operations for its customers. Go2 Delivery is rolling out Arrive Points in Virginia Beach. Arrive AI and Go2 Delivery have been testing the process for the past several months. Go2 Delivery envisions a day very soon when all high value deliveries will leverage the Arrive AI technology.

“Arrive AI and Go2 Delivery share a vision for a greener delivery future” said Arrive AI CEO Dan O’Toole. “Our cutting-edge autonomous platform, poised to significantly reduce the carbon footprint of package delivery, is ready to demonstrate tangible benefits in a market already embracing autonomous innovation through this strategic collaboration.”

Go2 Delivery has operated for 28 years from its Virginia Beach headquarters and counts innovation as another of its priorities. CEO Eric Brown said, “The Arrive AI platform offers a compelling solution for pharmacies that deal with high-risk, high-value medications, each costing up to $30,000. Our partnership with Arrive AI ensures secure delivery, particularly in theft-prone or multi-family environments, directly benefiting patients managing serious health challenges.”

Brown continued, “Delivering a sensitive drug to the wrong patient doesn’t just endanger that person’s health, it puts the courier and the pharmacy at risk for violating PHI (private health information) or federal HIPAA privacy laws. For example, a situation in which a neighbor inadvertently received a package meant for an HIV sufferer could prompt HIPAA Fines and lawsuits. The Arrive AI ALM platform’s authentication process and its climate-controlled, secure space is a game-changer.”

Brown said delivery errors frequently plague large apartment complexes due to confusing unit numbers, inadequate signage, and similarly named streets. The Arrive AI platform directly addresses these issues by providing secure, individually linked mailboxes. This ensures couriers can make accurate, single-point deliveries, guaranteeing the right recipient receives their package, maintained at the correct temperature.

Beyond delivery, Arrive AI’s platform offers a versatile solution. Its proprietary technology enables interaction with Internet of Things (IoT) devices, facilitates alerts and alarms for public safety, acts as a charging station, and provides other vital functionalities. This innovative approach, coupled with Virginia’s established leadership in autonomous delivery, positions Arrive AI to showcase its significant benefits in a receptive market.

Brown said he has been interested in adding autonomous delivery to his operation since 2014 when the nation’s first legally authorized medication was delivered by drone in rural Virginia.

“The best use-case for drones in the package delivery industry is to get necessary medication to the people who need it, regardless of their location,” Brown said. “These are exciting times as we get closer to the promise of that delivery back in 2014.”

Virginia has been a hotbed for drone delivery experimentation, primarily in the retail space, with Walmart offering drone deliveries in Virginia Beach, and Christiansburg has offered drone delivery on demand for years via Wing.

“This is a pivotal moment. We are throwing down the gauntlet and commencing a new age for all shippers and deliverers! Mark this date.” O’Toole said.

Arrive AI and Hancock Health Launch Robotic Medical Deliveries at Hancock Regional Hospital

Groundbreaking Automation Poised to Deliver Enhanced Efficiency and Patient Care

Marks Arrive AI’s First Revenue Generating Arrive PointTM Deployment

GREENFIELD, INDIANA / ACCESS Newswire / May 19, 2025 / Arrive AI (NASDAQ:ARAI), a pioneering autonomous delivery network anchored by patented AI-powered Arrive Points™, and Hancock Health, a regional hospital and member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network located in Greenfield, IN, today announced the launch of a two-year partnership. The agreement marks Arrive AI’s first revenue generating deployment. The collaboration will explore the transformative potential of asynchronous robotic automation for medical deliveries within hospitals, aiming to unlock significant cost savings through technological advancements and operational efficiencies using Arrive AI technology.

Operations began today with the Arrive Point, as Arrive AI’s secure and patented autonomous delivery station took center stage. This innovative device will serve as a reliable, chain-of-custody-compliant hub for the seamless drop-off and pickup of biospecimens from the cancer center.

This partnership places Hancock Health at the forefront of autonomous medical logistics, with potential applications across its broader network of more than 30 locations in East Central Indiana.

“At Hancock Health, our top priority is delivering personalized and high-quality care in the most affordable and efficient way possible,” said Steve Long, President and CEO of Hancock Health. “Embracing automation opens the door to transformative improvements – reducing costs, accelerating the delivery of critical items like test results, medications, and lab specimens, and strengthening the security and reliability of our services. Every improvement in these areas enhances the overall patient experience.”

Dan O’Toole, CEO of Arrive AI, commented, “This live deployment marks a significant milestone for Arrive AI as we move from pilot programs to generating revenue and demonstrating the real-world value of our autonomous delivery solutions. We are eager to collaborate closely with Hancock Health and validate the tangible benefits Arrive AI will bring to their operations.”

Hancock Health has identified operational inefficiencies that include having medical personnel make more than a dozen daily trips between its clinics and hospital lab to deliver specimens. Those trips pull staff from critical duties, delay lab results and increase labor costs. The multi-phase test with Arrive AI will showcase how cutting edge, asynchronous technology is set to change the healthcare landscape in a seismic way.

The phased rollout of the initiative includes: a comprehensive readiness evaluation; the installation of robotic technology at the hospital’s Sue Ann Wortman Cancer Center and laboratory; the development of optimized delivery routes; the expansion of technology deployment to off-campus locations; and the introduction of drone-based transport for time-sensitive and off-site medical deliveries. Each phase will incorporate the Arrive Point, providing a standardized and secure interface for all chain-of-custody transfers.

According to the terms of the agreement, Arrive AI anticipates leveraging the insights gained from this trial by September 2027 to develop a scalable framework for integrating ground robotics, courier networks, and drones across Hancock Health’s entire network. Arrive AI will spearhead the design, deployment, and optimization of this integrated system, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational feasibility, and a validated return on investment. Key strategies for enhancing efficiency and reliability include:

    • Replacing manual specimen transport with robotic automation.

    • Providing Arrive Point storage devices for round-the-clock deliveries.

    • Deploying drones for urgent and off-campus transport needs.
